MyCasa's visitor management uses a QR gate pass system. Residents pre-register expected visitors — guests, deliveries, cabs or services — who receive a digital QR gate pass. Security guards scan the code at the gate using the MyCasa guard app, or add a walk-in visitor themselves with a known-visitor lookup and company picker, triggering a real-time notification to the resident. The resident approves or denies entry with one tap. Every visit is digitally logged with visitor name, vehicle number and timestamps, with a live status of Coming, Approval, Entered or Exited.

Yes. MyCasa automates society maintenance billing. Admins create a reusable billing cycle with amount, due date and late fee in one short form, with an option to auto-create the next month's cycle. Every flat's payment status — Paid, Pending, or Overdue — is visible in real time. Admins record payments as Cash, Cheque, or UPI with a receipt number. Residents see their complete payment history and outstanding balance. Extra charges for repairs or events can be split across occupied flats, and collections reconcile into the society fund balance.

Yes. MyCasa supports fully digital society elections for posts like President, Secretary, Treasurer and Convenor. Admins create an election with timed nomination and voting phases and approve or reject each nomination. Residents self-nominate or are nominated, and each vote is locked after submission. Every candidate's vote count and the final winner are visible to all society members, so results are transparent and every vote is on record.

MyCasa's fund management module shows the society's live balance and opening balance, monthly income and expense breakdown, and a rolling 12-month trend. Admins log income and expenses across real categories — Salary, Water, Lift, Event, Repair, Painting, Utility, Donation, Interest, Late Fee and more — with optional receipt photos. All residents see the same summary and passbook for full financial transparency, and any spend can be split back onto flats as a maintenance charge.

MyCasa is free for the first 3 months, with no setup fee and no credit card required. The trial starts on the Standard plan: a society can onboard all residents, configure wings and flats, and use the app on Android and iOS. After the trial you choose a plan — Basic ₹7, Standard ₹30 or Premium ₹36 per flat per month. There is no auto-charge: you choose whether to continue.

Standard adds fund and maintenance management to Basic, and Premium adds the bank statement matcher. You can pay monthly, quarterly or yearly, and there is no setup fee and no annual contract. According to MyCasa's Privacy Policy, data is stored on secure cloud servers located in India, encrypted with TLS/SSL in transit and AES-256 at rest for sensitive data. MyCasa community polls are not limited to Yes/No. The admin sets the exact options residents choose from — for example which security vendor to renew, or how to split a festival budget — and can run the poll society-wide or for a single wing. Vote percentages update live as residents respond, and the admin declares the result with one tap, showing the winning option and full count. Every poll stays accessible under Ongoing and Completed.

Yes. MyCasa keeps a Daily Help register where every maid, cook, driver and helper has a profile with ratings, the flats they serve, a gate QR pass and an attendance calendar.
