The society committee pays from the maintenance corpus. Residents pay nothing extra.
What happens after 3 months?
We reach out before the trial ends. No auto-charge. You choose to continue or not.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. No annual contract required. Pay monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Do you charge fees on maintenance payments collected?
No. We don't take a cut on maintenance collections. What residents pay is what the society receives.
